Cas Begley receives the Guarriello Scholarship from CVSM Executive Director, Heather McEndree
Congratulations to our 2024 Guarriello Scholarship Award Recipient, Cassius Begley!
The Henry and Janet Guarriello Scholarship is an endowment of the Franklin County Foundation, a regional foundation of The Foundation for Enhancing Communities. The scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior who has studied at Cumberland Valley School of Music for at least four consecutive years and is accepted into a college or a conservatory to pursue a degree in music or theater arts.
Hank Guariello is the Chairman Emeritus of the CVSM Board of Directors. Jan and Hank have been great supporters of CVSM since 1994.
Cas has been studying voice with Paula Hepfer for 4 years. He also recently portrayed the moody George Banks in CVSM’s production of Disney’s Mary Poppin’s, Jr. As far as which college Cas plans to attend, that’s still to be determined, but his decision is close! Fun facts: Cas loves to travel will be majoring in theater.
