Are you looking to donate music or an instrument (band, orchestra, piano, organ, etc.) to CVSM? We may be able to accept it. Please contact us ([email protected]) before bringing the item to one of our locations.

Here are options on what may be done with your item:

1. If CVSM can use the item, we will accept the donation and a receipt can be issued for tax purposes.*
2. If CVSM can’t use the item, we can share information about the item with our network of families and musicians to see if someone is interested. They will contact you directly.
   
   *According to IRS regulations, CVSM cannot provide a dollar value to donations. For tax purposes, the donor may attach purchase receipts or proof of comparable value (similar instruments for sale online or in catalogs) to the donation letter.
