station will be themed
“America’s Backyard
Grill” offering Grilled
Pork Loin with Mango,
Jicama and Black Bean
Salsa, Fulton Farms
Greens with Georgia
Peach and Vidalia Sweet
Onion Salad, Grilled
Bayou Shrimp Rolls, and
Backyard Grilled
Vegetables. Grayson
Bowman will be serving
culinary creations from
throughout Europe. His
menu will feature
Spanish Garlic Shrimp,
Venetian Macaroni and
Italian Cheeses, Beef
Bourguignon, and Swedish
Meatballs. Tom Boock of
The Cottage Restaurant &
Pub will be serving
Original, Gold Fever and
BBQ Chicken Wings, Fat
Tommy’s and other dry
rub styles of ribs.
Melissa Young (Chestnut
Landing at Menno Haven)
will be serving BBQ Beef
Brisket Sliders with
Napa Cabbage Slaw,
Southwestern Style Rice,
and Roasted Beet with
red onion, poblano and
lime-cilantro dressing
at their station themed
“Route 66”. Cecily
Barber (The Butcher
Shoppe) will serve
frosted cookie pops,
fresh fruit pies and
other assorted desserts
at the “French Country
Market” station. The
Chefs’ Walk also
features wine and beer
sampling, continuous
live music on five
stages, strolling
musicians, cooking
demonstrations, and a
silent auction.
